LVPS Test Vehicle: MecCar

The idea here was to have vehicle hosting the LVPS that can move, host its own private wifi (along with the LVPS service/db), running on a Raspberry Pi platform. This would give me a way to perform some higher level position-based functions, like "search my basement for item x".

The servos & motors are controlled by an Arduino Due, the LIDAR & sonar are controlled by an R4 Minima, and the higher level image recognition & control are running on an onboard PI CM4.
